The purpose of a Crisis Communication Plan (CCP) for HONI is to prepare and consider the messages that will be communicated internally and externally to those affected by a crisis related to our company. This document is a blueprint of a basic, general structure to be used by the appointed spokespersons and the Public Information Officer that can be adapted to emergency response situations. This plan helps guide HONI in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as board members and employees, patients and families, community members, donors, and members of the media.
